RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need to return your purchase, you can return it anytime within 30 days as long as it is in like new condition. Like new condition means that the item has not been opened and the seal is still intact. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment method excluding shipping charges. Koa Healthcare does not cover the return shipping back to our facility and will not refund these charges.

Returns are accepted only for items that have been purchased directly from Koa Healthcare. If our supplement was purchased through a third party (Independent Retailer, etc.), the item must be returned where purchased and will follow their return policy.

Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our facility.
