At Pet Dental, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! That's why our return policy allows for a hassle-free exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. To initiate your refund/exchange process, simply contact us   and let us know what isn't quite right. As long as it is in its original condition  - along with proof of purchase - feel free to send back any items that don't suit you perfectly; just make sure to follow the instructions on how and where when doing so! Don’t forget: shipping costs are always customers' responsibility — but please reach out if there's anything else we can help answer regarding returns or exchanges before sending them off again :)
